It should be noted that the switchover between non-potable water and drinking water in the non-potable water system (domestic water unit) constitutes a motorized 3-way ball valve (no zonal valves). Only in this way is the installation sure to prevent drawing unwanted water from the drinking water tank by large suction pressure losses or forcing non-potable water into the feed tank with an installation under the water level of the storage tank.
